SPACIOUS was presented at the 35th Astronomical Data Analysis Software & Systems (ADASS) conference in Görlitz through the talk “Evolving the GAIA Data Mining Platform to Near-Petabyte Scale.” The presentation described the re-engineering of the Gaia Data Mining Platform to address the expected 100× increase in data volume for Gaia DR4.
The upgraded architecture supports scalable, data-intensive workflows and is designed to meet the objectives of the SPACIOUS, enabling efficient analysis of next-generation large-scale datasets.
